With its never seen before marketing strategy; Deadpool smashed the box office with its 4th-wall-breaker humor. It’s a blast with all these random meta-references, splendid action & funny, but also meh-humor.
It’s a fun ride for some, but a meh for others. It’s a classic revenge story that might be too non-inventive & lack a higher purpose to smaller characters & antagonists. But it manages to bring an almost unknown character to life, in a hilarious & immature way – even though the movie didn’t bother to add some extra focus to the story than on visual shine.
