At its core, Deadpool is an alright movie. The movie is kind of like a tech demo. The jokes are kinda funny, the action is cool most of the time, the story is pretty boring like I get that it pokes fun at itself and other movies, but you still are dragging out a back story.
But why am I giving such a good review? Potential. Deadpool is the meaning of potential. A movie a LOT of people loved, what does this mean? People will definitely see the next one, so what does that mean? They can confidently put a lot more effort, money, and dedication into Deadpool 2.
What's the point of putting so much into a movie you're not sure if people will see? At this point it's gonna take a lot to fuck up Deadpool 2 with this much potential.
