It would like to be transgressive, but it's only vulgarity gratuitous and stupid as in the avanspettacolo of the lowest level. Jokes and gags are so aggressive that they stop being funny instantly. The final scene with newborn Hitler is representative of how cinecomics tackle metaphysical topics: watch "Come and See" (Elem Klimov, 1985) for a comparison of dizzying quality.
