"Greatest sequel since The Godfather 2" is the biggest joke ever.

Deadpool 2 was quite disappointing from a Deadpool perspective. The film had its moments but it lost the 4th wall breaking elements.

Its kind of a contrast to the original film. The original film didn't have a well written story but it was filled with dirty jokes and 4th wall breaking but this film lost it all but improved on its story. I guess with the story and it's emotional impact, they didn't know how to include the 4th wall breaking. Pop culture references are not 4th wall breaking, period.

The soundtrack was also terrible compared to the original Deadpool film. Skrillex, really? Aside from Ashes and Tomorrow, most of the songs are pretty mediocre and doesn't really fit the scenes in which they were played. But I did enjoy the hell out of the James Bond theme song opening parody. And why is Papa Can You Hear Me not included in the soundtrack?

Cable's portrayal was spot on, loved the dynamic he had with Wade. But due to obvious reasons, every time Cable speaks, I just hear Thanos. But his chemistry with Domino was terrible. This isn't Brolin's fault. I am unable to understand the casting choice of Domino. Its not because she's black but because she looks nothing like her comic counterpart.

First of all, Domino's albino skin is not because Domino was born white or whatever but it's because of her mutation, that made her skin pale and her eye black. But the film reversed that and made Zazie look much more terrible. If Zoe Saldana can portray Gamora with green skin, I don't see why Zazie can't portray Domino with white skin.

I was looking forward to more of Negasonic Longest Name Ever, but she was barely on screen. The film tried hard to be good but just wasn't. Dopinder's extended role was nice to see though.

I'm very disappointed with Deadpool 2. Really expected a lot better. The film is clearly catered for a younger audience. The jokes are less dirty compared to the first. The film is great as a normal superhero film but failed as a Deadpool film.
