Review of Deadpool 2 (2018) by Thedaywalker — 17 May 2018
As expected it is completely entertaining movie, with great jokes, good performances Ryan Reynolds owns this character like it's his own soul, and some of the action scenes are simply superb.
But this movie loses the appeal the first had, the first was very straight forward, while this one starts wanting to be one thing and shifts. The first act was really slow, and the jokes weren't landins at first, but after Vanessa's death the movie just picked up and started getting better and better.
Some of the dialog is really farfecthe'd, trying to hard to be funny, and sometimes when you expect that seriousness, that the movie has at times, you get some really dry jokes that ruin what could have been a great moment/scene.
So this is definetely worth the watch, but I guess being a sequel from a sucessful movie, it really stretched itself thin. and not forget to mention basically the best post credit scene in history of cinema.
