Review of Deadly Sunday (1982) by Shawn W — 23 Dec 2015
Pretty intense horror with a trio of men who committed a jewellery robbery holding hostages at a remote restaurant waiting for a fourth to join them. Plenty of blood on both sides spilled at the end. Hostages seemed to be provided with ample escape opportunities that only one takes advantage of.
Thought the whole film was leading up to psycho Gil having his worst fears realized by getting the hornets nest on him but turned out to be a red herring. Would have been a fitting end.
