A parole officer finds out his minority ex-cons are being killed shortly after release by a white supremist paramilitary group with police connections. I did find some unintended humour here as the white supremist cop did his best Liberace impression playing shirtless piano in candle light while a montage of clips of minorities being murdered is shown.
