A good idea that could have been an interesting social commentary a la the movie Teeth. Unfortunately, it lacks a number of things that would have helped elevate it. Namely a well written script, good acting and solid direction.
I wouldn't even recommend to watch it just out of curiosity. It's that poorly executed.
