Crazy ass movie about 2 older teens that break into a abandoned mental hospital and open an old rusted door to find the naked body of a girl strapped to a gurney and draped in plastic to find out she shows signs of life but is already dead and they use that to their advantage to rape her over and over, basically a weird ass zombie move.
