One of the most disgusting and depraved movies I've ever seen, but also one of the most genuinely frightening. The filmmakers deserve praise for creating a believable and realistic setting and characters, and then unleashing an unthinkable nightmare upon them.
Not a movie for the faint of heart, and definitely not meant for mass consumption, but if your willing to take the plunge into the dark abyss, you'll be left with an experience that will stick with you for quite some time.
