The acting and direction are strong with this one, but what ultimately fails it is the writing. The movie starts off very strong, developing characters and building tension to the ending. The ending is the weakest point of the movie, where it just seems unfinished.
Everything else is spot on. Eric Bana is amazing in the dinner scene, the cold backdrop is great, and it gets undone by the mediocre ending.
