Review of Dead Snow (2009) by Mike K — 07 Aug 2010

Didn't I just see a Norwegian movie where a group of kids go up to an isolated place in the snow, out of mobile range, and get picked off one after the other? Yes, but this one has zombyfied nazis, and its saving grace is that, aside from laying on the gore in almost b-movie fashion, it doesn't take itself too seriously.

So it's a decent zombie romp, but nothing compared with the 28 days later series, Day of the Dead or The Descent. Stupid? Yes, fun? A bit.
