To me, this movie could have been a whole lot better if it wouldn't have decided to go all Evil Dead/Shaun of the Dead and be more of a comedy than a horror film. And I think one of the reasons this film fails so miserably is that it's hard to determine whether or not some comedic moments are intentional or not.
Now obviously once everything goes over-the-top, there's pretty much nowhere else for it to go, but I absolutely hated the end of this film. It got way too silly. I appreciated some of the humor of this movie, but I just could not enjoy it overall.
The Nazi zombie aspect seemed like it would be right up my alley, but not in this mess of a film.
