Review of Dead Silence (2007) by Brett O — 23 Dec 2012
The most recent, and strongest of three similar movies, a young man returns to his home town to investigate who sent a ventriloquist dummy to him, which led to the grisly death of his wife. Some good scares and a half-decent plot, although some elements will be predictable to horror fans, and especially to fans of the tv show Angel.
Still, somewhat better than Darkness Falls, and a far cry above Boogeyman.
