Review of Dead Silence (1991) by Allison B — 25 Jan 2010
I gave this a re-watch this afternoon, and I think I might've been more negative on my original viewing than I am today. Ultimately the film isn't anything all that great, but it manages some creepy bits and knowing the ending is coming makes the whole thing easier to swallow on a repeated viewing.
Spooky enough images, though the overall plot wasn't much to write home about, and I now know what everyone meant about the WTF? ending.
A rental at best.
