Scary? Not hardly. A tad creepy and a huge part brainless and uninspired. I like Wahlberg a bunch, but even he couldn't make this interesting enough to hold my attention. The effects are so-so; again creepier than horrifying.
Unless puppets freak you out, this isn't worth your time.
