Review of Dead Ringers (1988) by Grant P — 27 Aug 2007
Dead Ringers may be the most psychologically disturbing of all of Cronenberg's films, which relies less on his traditional science fiction/horror. It is strengthened by magnificent performances from Jeremy Irons, unique imagery, and masterfully-written dialogue.
I dare say the film almost has a modern day (well, a more recent) Persona quality to it.
