This and m butterfly are 2 highly overlooked cronenberg films. jeremy irons playing both of a set of twins gives spectacular performances. the story touches on a range of topics, from psycho-sexual, crisis of identity, drug abuse, and of course.
...that weird cronenberg component of violence. art design is wonderful, impeccably written, and expertly directed.
