Review of Dead Man's Shoes (2004) by Håvard V — 29 Jan 2009
I really wanted to like this film. It started out with a gritty edge and a compelling style and story, but ultimately left me feeling cold. If you believe that an eye for an eye is just the start of the punishment people deserve, this movie's for you.
It's worth a watch, but I wouldn't tell everyone, "You have to see this!".
