Review of Dead Man's Shoes (2004) by Kyle B — 24 Jan 2010
Powerful revenge tale set in the English Midlands. Solid direction, a thoughtful, character driven script and a stunning performance from Paddy Considine make this much more than a rural" Death Wish" knock-off. Intense but not exploitative.
