Susan Saradon has just become one of my favorite actress' because of this movie. she was incredible. Sean penn also delivers a solid preformance but is out shown by saradon. tim robbins shot selection could not be questioned because each shot kept me locked in.

the lighting was amazing. i'm a sucker for reflection and you see it when penn and saradon are having a conversation with a window infront of them. nusrat fathe ali khan lends his amazing and powerful voice to the music of the movie which takes this film to another level and makes the message that much powerful.
