Review of Dead Man Down (2013) by Azid M — 06 May 2013
First learned of this film watching WWE and seeing Sheamus rip Wade Barrett for his minor role in the film. Its kind of a noir thriller made by the director of the original "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" film.
Colin Farrell is becoming a better actor as the years go on as he is Victor the right hand man of king pin Alphonse (Terrance Howard) who he also has a vendetta against. Victor falls for a deeply scarred woman Beatrice (Noomi Rapace) who plays a big part in what happens to Victors character.
It was entertaining, dark and gritty but the kind of film that you would have no issues spending your hard earned money on.
