This was a really decent revenge thriller that didn't have to rely heavily on big action scenes because of the well written dialogue and great plot. When the action scenes do surface they are fast paced and tense without being over the top like the usual hollywood thrillers.
This is one of those films that builds slowly but it's worth your patience because the end result is a great thriller. Terence Howard was particularly good as the big bad in this one. Don;t be put off by slow beginnings, this one is worth sticking with.
