The transformation of Bill Blake, accountant to William Blake, feared killer is enthralling. There was nothing glamorous as he gained his notoriety, but also his appeal as a man who has being wronged makes the role very charismatic.
There is nothing glamorous in this western. It looks cold and muddy and the characters have to be as cold as the weather. The transformation from timid accountant to ruthless killer for William Blake makes this movie worth seeing.
