Jarmusch assembles a fairly large cast for his bizarre western. this is depp in a great role, but more importantly than just about anything in this film is the fact that it is one of the very last screen performances by robert mitchum.
he doesnt have much screen time but his presence is commanding to say the least. the film is also remarkably shot which is not too surprising having seen most of jarmuschs films already. worth watching.
