Review of Dead Man (1995) by Ronnie L — 06 Jun 2009
Trying to get used to Jim Jarmusch's films. It's too unique for me to fully understand its filming philosophy.
It's a black-and-white movie, which can completely interpret the color of death. The plot runs so smoothly and slowly, showing death and life is just a matter of no consequence.
I like the last sentence the Indian said: Back to the place where all the spirits came from...and where all the spirits return. This world will no longer concern you.
Life is as simple as it is. Born and dead.
