Review of Dead Man (1995) by Guy D — 22 Jul 2009
I thought this movie was good. I liked the back and white. I enjoyed Johnny Depp's character and the transformation that takes place. He is an exceptional actor. I also enjoy the William Blake references throughout the movie along with Depp reading Blake's poetry during the music video extra on the dvd.
I'm did not think the movie as a whole was great or superb. The movie seemed to have some unmotivated slow spots and the directing style never grabbed my full attention.
