Review of Dead Man (1995) by Erik H — 16 Jul 2008
One of Jarmusch's best besides the iconic Down By Law. Depp doesn't even need to talk in this as he doesn't much of the picture. But just the setting, visuals, music and odd cast makes it work.
In many ways a true masterpiece. Gary Farmer is hilarious as a very odd indian with Michael Wincott as a very talkative bounty hunter. Good stuff.
