Review of Dead Man (1995) by Todd E — 26 Jul 2010
Don't be fooled this is a Western turned Indie film. No I don't mean Indie as Indian and Cowboys, I mean as in arthouse. The film looks as if it really is going to hit well with a good as cast.
But it seems to dissapoint unfortunatley, the only really good performance yeah you guessed it is Johnny Depp. There are some scenes that just drag the film slowly such as scenes where the main characters are just riding thorugh the woods, which is just boring.
The guitar music might be interesting. Other than that I can't stand arthouse films that much. They turn out to look like one thing then they dissapoint you and end up being something else.
