Review of Dead Like Me: Life After Death (2009) by Alex G — 15 Jul 2009
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
What the fuck?!?!?!?
This reminds me of what my roommate described X-Files:I want to Believe as...It doesn't even follow the series rules.
The new Daisy was TERRIBLE. Only George is in character. Everyone else is out of character and shallow (DAISY IS SOOOOOOO OUT OF CHARACTER IT IS OFFENSIVE). They literally turn evil.
All the big mysteries at the end of season 2 (George having the ability to kill gravelings, Rube's death, the waffle woman's link to the reapers, the romance between Daisy and Mason, George trying to reconnect with her sisters) are either ignored or raped in front of your eyes.
I have never shouted WHAT THE FUCK at the screen so many times.
I am so angry. They didn't have to try hard to make this good or even decent. ;( Instead we got a big slap in the face.
I'm just going to pretend this doesn't exist, along with Terminator 4, Transformers 2, X-men: Wolverine, Terminator 3, Indy 4, Star Wars I, II, and III, Greg the Bunny (revamped), Planet of the Apes 2-, Electra,..........WHY?!?!?
There are very very very few redeeming factors about this film.
