Review of Dead Like Me: Life After Death (2009) by Peter H — 28 Apr 2010
As a big fan of the TV show I wanted to see more of these funny and endearing characters as much as the next guy, but with this the best they could dish up as an epilogue for fans I really wish they hadn't bothered.
What a lame, unfunny, lame way to see the show put to rest. I totally wish my eyes hadn't been sullied with such crap so as to soil the whole experience of an otherwise funny and inventive show. Shame on you, whoever made this.
It only gets one star for managing to entice most of the original cast back, and considering we haven't seen any of them anywhere since the show ended I'm guessing it wasn't the content of the script that lured them back to this shit, so the star is just for the fact they probably did it for the money, which I can applaud, albeit softly.
