A good final project for a Screenwriting 101 Class would be to fix this mess. Hell, a good exercise would just be to clearly spell out as many of the problems as you can. Can I start with the beginning, or should I start at the end and go backwards? Something tells me that Orson Welles's (!?!) treatment of the ending did not involve a flare gun.
