Review of Dead and Buried (2006) by Tom A — 16 Mar 2008
This is a badly underrated and little-known film that deserves more recognition. I think this one disappeared quietly from theaters because it was released in the day of the slasher film. This just didn't fit in with that genre so it was largely ignored.
That's too bad, because this film has a good soild story, convincing performances, great atmosphere, and some truly blood-curdling Stan Winston special effects. Take a look if you haven't seen it.
