Review of Dead & Breakfast (2004) by Jason D — 05 Sep 2008

One of those movies that would have made a better short than feature length. The final 35 minutes are pretty funny and well done, (especially the songs towards the end). However, the first 50 minutes can be groan inducing.

Do we really need another character in a horror movie say "this is like a bad horror movie"? Yeah, I get it...self referential and all...ha ha! No, lame. So overall, if you can make it to the last third of the film without snoring yourself awake, it may be worth viewing if only to see how great it could have been as a straight up musical.
