Review of Dead Again (1991) by Peter D — 04 Feb 2008
Suspense, murder, hypnosis, past lives, reincarnation, noir-esque, private detective, pretty dame with amnesia, mystery, romance... where's the kitchen sink?!?!?!
With all of that stuff in one film, it ought to fail miserably... however, it is such a wonderful and fun homage to Film Noir, Hitchcock, and classic mysteries. What's more the cast makes it work... especially Ken, Emma, and Jacobi.
