Review of De-Lovely (2004) by Darryl C — 19 Nov 2008
I'm a total Cole Porter junkie, and given the choice between this and "Night and Day"...this totally rocks my world. I think they did a good job incorporating a good number of Cole Porter's more well-known songs into a story that follows his spectacularly fast-pasted lifestyle.
For anyone who loves Cole Porter, or for anyone interested in learning about one of the greatest songwriters of all time, this movie is a fantastic introduction. Oh, and the soundtrack is fabulous.
