Review of Dazed and Confused (1993) by Dillon C — 12 Apr 2012
Great coming of age film. Excellent directing and script by Richard Linklater. I always thought Linklater was underrated and this film showcased his talents quite well. This film not only has one of the best soundtracks of all time, with KISS, Foghat, Alice Cooper, and others, but also gave the starting point for Ben Affleck and Matthew McConaughey and others.
Even Affleck was not horrible in this film and McConaughey was adequate too. Great line by McConaughey's character. It really gave young actors like Jason London and Milla Jovovich a great start. Wonderful film.
