Review of Dazed and Confused (1993) by Frances H — 14 Feb 2013

Why anyone would think a bunch of STUPID, stoned, drunk kids bullying those weaker than themselves, and driving drunk while destroying the property of others makes a good movie is beyond me. I had a cousin who did this and killed himself and three of his buddies.

It's really irresponsible to glorify this kind of behavior for young people in a movie that critics rate so highly. I wonder what the body count is for this movie. If only one teen died while driving around drunk and stoned as inspired by this movie, it's too many if it's your kid, or anybody else's.
