Growing up in Texas I can honestly say this movie and these characters felt very real to me. Linklater creates a very believable setting with seniors on their last day of school and I totally invested myself into their antics.
This is without a doubt one of the best high school movies ever made, sharing the title only with The Breakfast Club.
