Review of Days of Wine and Roses (1963) by Gordon C — 17 Sep 2009
Jack Lemmon and Lee Remick give GREAT performances portraying the downward spiral of two social drinkers into the depths of alcoholism. This is depressing film. It was hard to watch Lee Remick morph from a nice down home goody two shoe woman into a looser alcoholic.
This is one big plug for AA.
