Just plain awful, trying to recapture the 'magic' of Top Gun was never going to be an easy task and this mess of a movie is proof positive. A career low for everyone involved including Randy Quaid who has appeared in some real shit in his career.
Unless you absolutely positively have to see everything Cruise has starred in and the late great Tony Scott has made avoid like the plague.
