To everyone who thinks Europe perfect, watch this movie. these colonials fighting for France, their "mother land," dealt with blatant injustice and have still, 60 years later, yet to see any pension pay from their service.
It's not brimming with grainy WWII action, but there's pretty intense final battle a la Saving Private Ryan.
Kudos and well done.
