Review of Days of Glory (2006) by Matt F — 16 Aug 2009
OK first thing I have to say about this film is they book Debbouze to play a part as a soldier and he only has one arm so spends the ENTIRE film with his fake arm there as if he has his hand in his pocket. It doesn't matter what is going on his hand is right there in his pocket.
Anyway good film about how racist the French government were and still are to the African soldiers that were willing to risk their lives for France. They could give their lives but the government still cant give the poor buggers that survived a pension.
