Some surprisingly poignant moments - mostly those that involved characters other than Sly! The ending would have been so much better if ... well that would spoil the ending now wouldn't it? No, it wouldn't - that's the problem.
Has Stallone EVER died in a movie? It really would have been a much better ending if Madelyne had surfaced alone and that was the end. But Stallone characters do not die, so any suspense had to come from other directions.
