Review of Daylight (1996) by Brandon K — 17 Mar 2013
Unlike most previous disaster films, including the then-recent hit 'Independence Day', the typical wide-spread disaster theme takes a break with 'Daylight'. Despite the inconsistent pace and hit and miss cast, 'Daylight' effectively takes the viewer right into one hell of a scary situation that one could imagine happening in real-life.
Even Sylvester Stallone looks conceivable at this point since he has not yet taken the form of a bag full of broken gravel.
