Review of Daybreakers (2010) by Marcus E — 05 Sep 2011
A movie that would've been phenomenal if it didn't devolve into a giant explosive mess by the final act. It works much better as a cold and stylish "what if" movie that gives us a more serious and scientific look at the vampires that have been nauseatingly romanticized in recent years.
It's really a shame that they decided to go with mindless gory violence to end the movie because I really felt that it squandered an intriguing movie.
