An enjoyable slice of escapism, with a novel premise, that entertained me more than the hyped Avatar 3D. The talents of Hawke, Defoe and Neil ensure that the film doesn't rely on it's gore or effects to carry it.
Plenty of bloodletting and stakings to satisfy the splatter fans too.
