Review of Day for Night (1973) by Hernan F — 04 Mar 2008
As the tagline claims, Truffaut's drama is a movie for people who love movies. The central theme of the movie is one that any lover of cinema can definitely stand behind: human relationships, problems, and even individual human beings all come to an end, but cinema is forever.
It is enduring and proof that the people who were involved in the making of a movie existed. If film is more to you than just something to do on a Friday night, then you should definitely pick up this one.
