Far and away the best movie of the summer. It all goes back to storytelling. This crew didn't sit back and rest on its tech laurels. Serkis is amazing, but the writing and the directing are top notch.
Remember the first Apes movie? Not in this franchise. The Tim Burton fiasco? We've come a long way, baby.
