This movie is stupid. I don't care about the mean ugly apes, I don't sympathise with them like in the earlier movies. Cool, one of them had a baby. But I don't feel for the ignorant humans either.
There's no underdog to fight for in this film so you're just left hating on both sides and hoping they all burn in a spectacularly over-the-top CGI firestorm from hell (I guess in that front, it delivers).
All effects and nothing special. Seriously, is it directed by Michael Bay or what?
